The Broncos made a nice addition in the draft by selecting quarterback Bo Nix. There’s no doubt that the former University of Oregon quarterback has a bright future. But this acquisition is like general manager George Paton buying a luxury car without a driver’s license. Nix may be a talent that needs to be polished, but he doesn’t have any players around him who can help him improve in the long run. The Broncos have some interesting defensive players, like Pat Surtain II, but nothing to make them believe in a miracle.
