Storm Debby | Montreal Pride Cancels 100% Drag Night

The Montreal Pride festival announced that due to torrential rain and strong gusts of wind, the organization is forced to cancel its outdoor activities scheduled for Friday, including the Community Day in the Village, as well as the 100% Drag Evening on the Esplanade of the Olympic Park. This show has been partially postponed to Saturday.

“The tropical storm Debby will not prevent us from celebrating our pride, which is why we are working very hard with the artists and producers to offer you an unforgettable day on Saturday, August 10, with an even more diverse program and a completely sunny site. Stay tuned to our social media for details to come, ”the festival organization indicates in a press release.

“For now, get ready to experience Pride tomorrow, Saturday, August 10, starting at 3 p.m. on the Esplanade of the Olympic Park, and starting at 11 a.m. on Sainte-Catherine Street East, for Community Day.”
