The Montreal Police Department (SPVM) issued an AMBER alert on the night of Monday to Tuesday for the abduction of two children by their mother: James Junior Albonor Joseph, 6 years old, and Princess Sondjina Guillaume Joseph, 4 years old.
The AMBER alert covers a 200-kilometre zone around Montreal, the SPVM invites the population to contact 911 to transmit any relevant information.
The children’s mother, Ismilande Joseph, 43, is believed to be behind the kidnapping. Police are asking people not to approach her.
