For a house arrest, the defense had to respect several conditions, including the confiscation of passports, the maintenance of the international arrest order (issued by Interpol), being at least ten kilometers from the complainant’s home and not committing any harmful act against the victim, whether in person or on social networks.
Prosecutor Dario Nora, who has been on leave until now, will resume the case on Monday and decide whether the house arrest can be maintained. The players’ lawyer has removed the photo from his social networks.
