(Paris) Analyses of the water quality of the Seine at the Pont Alexandre-III were within health standards six days a week from July 10 to 16, two weeks before the open water events organized during the Olympic Games, according to the results revealed Friday by the regional prefecture and the Paris city hall.
The moment of truth is approaching for the organizers of the Paris Olympic Games: after the opening ceremony, the Seine must host the triathlon events (July 30 and 31, August 5), swimming-marathon (August 8 and 9) and paratriathlon (August 1er and September 2).
