Around thirty cider producers from Quebec will meet in Montreal on the last weekend of July for the 3e edition of Thirst for Cider.
On the menu for these three days of festivities celebrating this alcoholic beverage made from apples? Tastings, cocktail creations, culinary workshops and much more. A great opportunity to discover the impressive variety of products developed by local artisans, including the Au pied de cochon cider house, the Hébert estate and Jus sec.
The event, which will take place at Hangar 1825 on the banks of the Lachine Canal in Griffintown, also brings together agri-food producers and restaurateurs.
Thirst for Cider, from July 26 to 28, at Hangar 1825, 40, rue des Seigneurs, in Montreal
