Aged 32, Ingrid Andress is originally from Michigan, in the northeastern United States. She began her career in 2014, co-writing songs. In 2019, her single More hearts than mine became a success, reaching number 30 on the Billboard Hot 100.

A song that earned her several Grammy nominations in 2021: for best song, best album and best new artist. In 2023, she was nominated again for best country group performance.

In 2018, it was the former singer of the Black Eyed Peas who was the target of mockery after her failed interpretation of the Star-Spangled Bannerbefore the NBA All-Star Game.
