(New York) The New York Stock Exchange opened in the green on Tuesday, inspired by a lull in bond yields and corporate results judged to be generally good.
In early trading, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.50%, the NASDAQ Index was up 0.28% and the broader S&P 500 Index was up 0.26%.
