Oscar Jégou and Hugo Auradou last appeared in images showing the French XV team, a few hours before their arrest in Argentina. The two French rugby players are suspected of sexual violence against a woman. Accusations serious enough for the president of the French Rugby Federation, Florian Grill, to urgently travel to Buenos Aires on Tuesday, July 9.
“If the facts are proven, they are incredibly serious,” Florian Grill said in an impromptu press conference on the occasion.
