lawyer Violaine de Filippis denounces the violence of RN supporters, “in demonstration” and “on social networks”

Violaine de Filippis, lawyer and co-founder of the Action Juridique Féministe collective, marched this Sunday, June 23 against the far right, in Paris. “I think that today, even more than at any other time, it is important to mobilize, whether on the ground, in demonstrations but also on social networks, which are a vector for transmitting ‘extremely powerful information’she explains. “Unfortunately, very well used” by supporters of the National Rally (RN). “These supporters, who are violent in demonstration, are also just as violent on the networks and on certain television channels”deplores Violaine de Filippis.

According to the lawyer, the RN “is lying”. “For example, few people know (…) that they will vote against a resolution moving towards equal pay between women and men”she illustrates. “The RN’s vision of women (…) is the housewife, economically dependent on her spouse, she is the French maid who will have many children”also suggests Violaine de Filippis.
