A match that looks like a final. Toulouse and La Rochelle faced each other, Friday June 21, at Matmut Atlantique in Bordeaux, in the semi-final of the Top 14. As in the 2021 and 2023 finals, it was Stade Toulouse which won (39-23) . The teammates of Antoine Dupont and Romain Ntamack notably took advantage of the two red cards received by the Maritimes, even if the Toulouse residents received three yellow cards.

Only fifth at the end of the regular phase, and qualified in the last four after beating Toulon, the Rochelais suffered the law of the Toulousains, who were only trailed for eight minutes on the Bordeaux lawn. Leader of the regular phase, Toulouse, who had not played since June 8, raised their level of play in the second half, taking advantage of their numerical superiority. Authors of five tries (compared to two for La Rochelle), the winners of the 2024 Champions Cup were also able to count on an impeccable Thomas Ramos on the foot. In the final, they will face the winner of the other semi-final, between Union Bordeaux-Bègles and Stade français.
