Following the legislative elections which promise to be disastrous for his party, I would not be surprised if President Macron had to resign. We can predict that there will soon be a serious institutional crisis in France and that the country will be ungovernable. And this is the fault of the president himself.
To really “clarify” things, to get out of the crisis, the most sensible outcome would be the resignation of the president. A majority of French people would undoubtedly not be opposed to his departure. The current no longer passes between him and the population. His resignation would, in my opinion, be beneficial for France.
