But with this ban it is between 50 and 60% of its turnover which it must give up. A loss he doesn’t think he can afford. “I’m afraid of having to go out of business,” he admits.

Dijon traders fear the decision that the Council of State will render on January 14. The highest administrative court of the country was seized by the Union of professionals of the CBD on a summary freedom. In the meantime, shops in Dijon have chosen to withdraw the products concerned from sale, as in Weecl for example. However, it is still possible to find CBD flowers and leaves at Dr Smoke.
