The big debate on the European elections took place on Tuesday June 4 on France 2. Five days before the election, 16 top candidates took part in the show.
The eight main leaders in a final debate before the June 9 vote. A debate marked largely by the question of immigration. Exchanges peppered with attacks between the candidates. One of the main targets: Jordan Bardella, candidate of the National Rally. Candidates were then invited to propose a measure that would create wealth for Europe.
Questions about Ukraine, also the subject of tense exchanges. A second debate then took place between the representatives of the small lists. According to an opinion survey, more than 50% of voters do not plan to vote this Sunday, June 9.
