A man was fatally hit by a car this Thursday around 5:30 p.m. at a pedestrian crossing rue Jules Amilhau, in Toulouse. The victim, aged 87, was transported to Purpan hospital with her life-threatening prognosis, but died overnight from her injuries.
Motorist in his 60s, tested negative for drugs and alcohol, explains that it was dazzled by the sun. He will be summoned later to be heard by the police. The left bank legal support group is in charge of the investigation.
