81-year-old Laval resident missing after getting lost in Montreal

Laval police are asking for the public’s help in locating an 81-year-old man who has been missing for nearly 24 hours after phoning his wife to tell her he got lost in Montreal.

Constantin Thenor left his home during the day on Monday and reportedly contacted his wife around 4 p.m. to inform her that he had gotten lost in the Côte-Vertu sector, on the island of Montreal.

His relatives, without news since that time, are worried about the missing person, in particular because he has to take medication on a regular basis.

Mr. Thenor would travel in his black 2010 Toyota Corolla vehicle, registered N55 ETQ. One of the car’s rear lights is damaged and has been repaired with duct tape.

Constantin Thenor is a black man who is 1.78 meters (5 ft 10 in) tall and weighs 79 kg (175 lb). He has salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He speaks French and wears eyeglasses.

Anyone who sees the missing person or who has information that could help find him is invited to contact the Laval police info line at 450 662-INFO (4636) or directly with 911.
