Two men, aged 80 and 40, died in a road accident, on the night of Saturday to Sunday, on the A7 motorway near Auberives-sur-Varèze (Isère), reports France Bleu Isère. The first was driving in the wrong direction when it hit another vehicle, with a family on board. There are also three seriously injured, including a 10-year-old child. They were hospitalized in Lyon.
In addition, two hours later, an additional accident took place in the same sector: a pile-up between seven cars. This second accident occurred shortly after 5:30 a.m. The shock occurred at lower speed. One person is slightly injured.

These two accidents occurred in the middle of the weekend of vacation departures. Saturday was classified as black in the direction of departures by Bison Futé, in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. It’s still orange this Sunday.
