8 months in prison including 4 suspended for an author of mortar fire on a police vehicle in Nancy

After the death of Nahel, 17, killed by the shooting of a policeman on Tuesday in Nanterre, a young man was presented before the prosecution this Saturday afternoon. And as additional penalties, a ban on carrying a weapon for three years and a ban on staying in the Metropolis of Greater Nancy for one month.These penalties were accepted and validated by the judge of freedoms and detention of the judicial court of Nancy” at the end of the day. The firm part of the sentence of imprisonment pronounced can be adjusted.

Tomorrow, Sunday July 2, six others in custody should be referred to the prosecution. A total of 13 people were taken into custody overnight from Friday to Saturday in Nancy.
