77th Cannes Film Festival | Camille Cottin will be the mistress of ceremonies

(Paris) A French actress who handles humor and known in Hollywood: Camille Cottin will officiate as mistress of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 77e Cannes Film Festival, from May 14 to 25, announced Thursday the media France Télévisions and Brut, partners of the event.


The 45-year-old actress, who started out in comedy, has seen her career accelerate in recent years.

Quebec director Xavier Dolan will chair the jury for the Un certain regard section.

The selection of the 77e edition must be announced on April 11.
