In Haute-Savoie, a few 6,000 SFR and Bouygues subscribers had been deprived of a mobile telephone network since Tuesday (January 25) at the end of the morning in the sector of Good city and Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny.
In question : fiber optic cut (which connects the mobile networks together), on the town of Marnaz. This failure only affects the mobile phone network, not the internet network. In total in the sector, seven shared SFR/Bouygues branches are concerned.
Technicians were expected on site Thursday evening to begin repairs. We had to wait for the town of Marnaz to take a municipal decree to allow the intervention of the technical services of the operators concerned.
