He was the husband of Sarah Poniatowski between 1995 and 2018, before his marriage to Line Papin, which lasted from 2020 to 2022. And it was with the first that he had no less than three children, during their 23 years of marriage. Yasmine, born in 1998, Roman, born in 2007, and Milo, born in 2010, are their greatest pride.
“I’m going to cry”
And while the founder of Maison Sarah Lavoine is now in a relationship with a man other than the father of her children, Roschdy Zem, she paid them a moving tribute on January 30. She was a guest on the show Les Héritières (season 3 episode 4). And she spoke with great emotion, quoting a song by Louis Chedid.
“We never tell the people we love enough, for fear of embarrassing them, that we love them. We never tell them enough that without them, without them, we wouldn’t even be half of ourselves“ she recited. And added, in a tight voice:“I’m going to cry”. Courageous, she still ended the song by reciting: “We never tell them enough that we love them, so I love you. There you go.”
More personally, Laeticia Hallyday’s great friend wrote to her children: “So, my loves, have I told you enough? You are my foundation, my reason for living, for laughing, for dreaming, for getting up in the morning to give you a beautiful life. I try to raise you up with great speeches of courage, a taste for effort, tolerance, work, independence, tenderness and love.”
“Fly away, but never too far”
And to add, still with tears in her voice: “I’m looking at you, you’re already so big”. Finally, she assured them: “How lucky I am to have you with me. I look at all three of you with immense pride. […] Fly away, but never too far.” If their parents’ divorce must have been painful, for Yasmine, Roman and Milo, we have no doubt that they did not lack love…
