A 51-year-old woman died after falling from her boat in the Masson-Angers area of Gatineau on Saturday.

She and her husband lost their balance on the Ottawa River as the storm passed.
Area residents were able to retrieve the two people, but the lady was unconscious.
The police attempted resuscitation and he was pronounced dead in hospital.
Her husband suffered a nervous shock.
A team from the Gatineau Police Department (SPVG) patrols the river to check that no other people have fallen into the rough river.
According to initial information, the SPVG is unable to confirm whether the lady had her life jacket.
An investigation is underway.
