A terrible tragedy claimed the lives of four young women aged 18, 19 and 20 on the evening of February 3, 2024. The accident between two cars occurred near Dargoire in the Loire on the A47.
Their car ended up on its roof due to the force of the impact. 5 young women were on board, four of them died and the fourth, seriously injured, was transported to the Lyon Sud hospital, her vital prognosis is in jeopardy.
This dramatic road accident occurred on the evening of February 3, 2024, around 7 p.m. on the A47 motorway near Dargoire, in the Loire. A vehicle with a family on board and the young women’s car collided violently.
The father at the wheel, the mother, as well as several witnesses to the scene were in a state of shock, psychological assistance was offered to them.
Around twenty firefighters were dispatched to the scene to extricate the young women and take care of all the victims.
The exact circumstances of this accident have not yet been determined. Traffic had to be cut off for several hours in the direction of Saint-Etienne Lyon on the A47.
