30 years after the Olympic Games in Albertville, France Bleu Pays de Savoie sets out to discover the Olympic sites

Then head to the Olympic Hall and the Albertville Olympic Park, we met Ludovic Bertagnolo, director of the Tremplin 92 area. A place dedicated to sporting and cultural events in the city of Albertville. Its main element is an ice rink which was built for the 1992 Winter Olympics.

In Meribel, which was the capital of ice hockey and women’s alpine skiing, Jean-Marie Choffel, director of the tourist office in 1992 is live from the Olympic ice rink on the antenna of France Bleu Pays de Savoie.

You know we have an Olympic slalom track near our house. It is located at Menuires. François Ventéjou, our second facilitator on this special operation, met Régine Jay-Grillot, communication manager for the tourist office in 1992.

For the Albertville Olympics, Tignes was selected for the ski moguls, ballets and aerials demonstration events, Tignes was the annex Olympic village. We met Aime Favre, he was event director in Tignes.
