The 29th Fantastic Film Festival takes place from January 26 to 30, 2022 in Gérardmer, in the Vosges, under the presidency of actress Julie Gayet. To live with France Bleu Lorraine.
The shores of the lake, surrounded by the peaks of the Vosges, are once again hosting the International Fantastic Film Festival. A 29th edition which will explore the fantastic as a zone of passage and lighting, as a way of questioning a world that has itself become unreal. See you from Wednesday 26 to Sunday 30 January 2022 in Gérardmer!
This year, the Festival team has chosen actress and director Julie Gayet to chair the feature film jury. She will be accompanied by Alexandre Aja, Sulian Brahim (actress), Valérie Donzelli (filmmaker), Mélanie Doutez (actress), Bertrand Mandico (director), Grégory Montel (theater actor) and Pascal-Alex Vincent (director, author, teacher ).
As guests of honor, two big names in science fiction cinema and fantastic comedies full of zombies: Nicholas Meyer, American screenwriter and director (“It was tomorrow”, “The day after”, “Star trek II: the wrath of Kahn”) and Edgar Wright, English filmmaker (“The last pub before the end of the world”, “Last night in Soho”, “Shaun of the dead”).
