France Bleu Provence is a partner of the 29th Truffle Festival in Aups this Sunday, January 23, 2022.

Aups, capital of the truffle Tuber Mélanosporum du Var celebrates its 29th edition of the truffle festival, like every year on the 4th Sunday of January.

This year the local restaurateurs (Le Grand Hôtel, Le Provençal, Le Saint-Marc, La Truffe and Le Domaine de Majastre) will welcome you to their establishment around a special truffle menu from starter to dessert. For those in a hurry, a few fast food stands on the gourmet market (brouillade, Aups dog (truffle sausage) and cheese sandwiches, tourtons, etc.) will delight you.
