28 years after his disappearance, his son testifies and drops a bomb on… Michael Jackson!

It’s no longer a secret that during his lifetime, Pablo Escobar was one of the most powerful men in the world. In the early 1990s, the net worth of the “king of cocaine” was estimated at more than 30 billion dollars. That is, more than 59 billion dollars today. Owner of a luxurious villa in Colombia, the husband of María Victoria Henao refused nothing. He had even taken the decision to build a zoo next to the Hacienda Nápoles. Elephants, rhinos, bison, zebras. Many exotic animals have lived on the property of the drug lord.
But if Pablo Escobar could afford everything he wanted, he was still a “venal” man. According to the latest information revealed at the microphone of RTL by his son, Juan Pablo, the expenses incurred were soon to be met by a cash inflow. The latter would have even tried to put a strange plan into action in order to try to win even more. This Friday, January 14, Sebastián Marroquín told an original anecdote about his father. While the latter was promoting his book What my father never told me, the brother of Manuela Escobar explained that he had asked his dad to bring the King of Pop for a “family concert”. “What if we brought Michael Jackson to play on the football stadium next to our house?” A request that the trafficker accepted, with another idea in mind.
“It’s a story that hadn’t been revealed: around Christmas, at our hacienda, we used to invite artists (…) and as I was a fan of Michael Jackson, I asked him , and he was already considering different (criminal) opportunities. My father was thinking how to kidnap him to get even more money”. A project that ended up falling through.
