In all, nine people accuse him of rape and 18 others accuse him of sexual assault, including four against minors over 15 years old. Accusations collected by investigators who called the practitioner’s patients to ask questions about the progress of the medical examinations carried out by the doctor.

Contacted by France Bleu, the suspect’s lawyer, Clément Picard, declares that his client disputes the facts with which he is accused: “The doctor firmly denies having committed any offense. He has always practiced within the framework of science and ethics”. The doctor was placed under judicial supervision. A judicial investigation is open. The doctor, who retired in 2022, had practiced in the city since the 1980s.
