This is the return of a legendary musical comedy: “The Ten Commandments”. 24 years later, they return to the stage. The premiere took place in Marne, with a lot of emotion on stage and in the audience.

40 artists on stage, grandiose settings and legendary songs: The Ten Commandments are back in action. 24 years after the first version, spectators are won over again. Pascal Obispo reorchestrated all of the songs. When it comes time to reprise the cult song “L’pulsion d’aimer”, a few tears flow during the rehearsal.

A tribute to Daniel Lévy

It’s hard not to think of Daniel Lévy, the unforgettable interpreter of Moïse in the original version, who died in 2022. This cover wants to pay tribute to him. “We are in the process of making something that has nothing to do with it, obviously, because it’s a completely new production. That’s the strength of this show, to have started everything from scratch.”, adds Pascal Obispo. The pharaonic staging, directed by Giuliano Peparini, has taken on a facelift thanks to the use of 3D images in the sets.
