23-year-old woman’s body found in river

It is in the waters of Blavet in Lanester (Morbihan), that the body of Iris, 23, was found floating on the morning of Saturday May 27. She was naked and bore strangulation marks. A man taken into custody and then released

She left around 3:30 a.m. with three men, all visibly drunk. She was found the next morning 6 km away. “We knew her very young, she is an adorable child, always cheerful. She has lots of friends around her, they are devastated”, says his aunt. One of the three men seen with Iris leaving the bar was taken into custody and released without charge Monday noon. An autopsy will take place on Tuesday to try to elucidate the circumstances of his death.
