Claude Nougaro is united with the city of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) forever. The artist will never deny his accent and will sing his city with his anthem O Toulouse. The city is home to a metro station in the name of Claude Nougaro, but also his birthplace, a performance hall, as well as a bronze statue in his likeness. “He was warm, I think he gave everything he could, what he liked”remembers Françoise Fabre, former neighbor of Claude Nougaro.
An exhibition organized by his daughter
