Under the eyes of many witnesses, a young man of 19 died this Thursday evening in Lille hit by a car. He was riding a scooter a little before 8:30 p.m. on rue Nationale. He was hit by a car coming from the rightfrom Port Street.
Two witnesses taken to hospital
