A 17-year-old boy is in state of brain death after one violent fight which broke out between several of young people from rival cities Tuesday July 26 in Fleury-Mérogis in Essonne.
According to the Evry prosecutor’s office, the gendarmerie was called following a brawl between young people from Fleury-Merogis to a band from Pyramids district in Evry. Upon arriving at the scene, the gendarmes found the 17-year-old with “very serious head injuries”. He was evacuated to a Parisian hospital brain dead.
Earlier in the evening, a first confrontation resulted in the hospitalization of a young man from Evry.
