A road accident caused a serious injury in the town of Essert (Territoire de Belfort). Monday, September 19, around 6:30 p.m., a 15 year old teenager, on his scooter, hit a car in rue de Lattre de Tassigny. In very serious condition, he is helicoptered in absolute emergency to Besançon hospital.
Aboard the car, a 40-year-old woman, who was only very slightly injured. She was transported to the Nord Franche Comté Hospital for check-ups.
The exact circumstances of the accident are not yet known.
