12 Coups de midi – A candidate suffering from disorders: filming is a “horror” for him

This Thursday, June 9, 2022, alexander was back on set 12 noon shots on TF1 for a fourteenth participation. The young 35-year-old nurse is already the holder of a kitty of €34,450 but he hopes to go even further in the game of Jean-Luc Reichmann. Especially to have the opportunity to talk about his personal journey, which was not the most obvious.

My goal was to be able talk about my personal troubles, my high intellectual potential (HPI, Ed) and emotional. And my attention disorder with hyperactivity. I wanted to give visibility to people who, like me, suffer on a daily basis“, he entrusted to Entertainment TV. Alexandre also wants to prove that having his condition in no way prevents him from realizing his dreams. However, he recognizes that participating in a TV show is very stressful. “When I watch the shows, I see mistakes, and I eat my fingers, because I’m lost in my headI answer on the side, and it’s very complicated“, he confessed.

I’m emotionally drained

Filming is also very grueling for him. “It’s very hard, as we record five shows a day. Between the 3rd and the 4th, we are lucky to have a short time. I sleep in my dressing room, so i’m emotionally drained. It’s hard to concentrate, because of my attention deficit disorder. It’s the horror for me to be glued behind a desk for an hour and ten minutes“, did he declare.

During his interview with our colleagues, Alexandre also explained that his high intellectual potential had been diagnosed late, when he was 33 years old. So all his life he didn’t understand why he was different. “For a long time, I thought I had other troubles. The day I was told I was HPI was very hard to admit. Because behind, I had additional pressure. I’m just a nurse. Much is expected of the gifted. But everyone has their strengths and weaknesses.“, he recalled.
