In 2019, Léa Chauveau and Alexandre Cousin opened their first bakery in Beauvoir-en-Lyons, in the Seine-Maritime department. The town of 600 inhabitants was then deprived of shops and fresh bread.
Three bakeries, including one franchise entrusted to their first apprentice, and 25 employees later, the young couple has a new project in mind: to launch a chocolate factory, La Cacaoterie, which opened its doors in December 2021 just opposite their second bakery in Forges-les-Eaux.
