Sophie took 3 years to launch the Epure brand, recipes worked with local products, on the short circuit. It is composed of meats and vegetables from local productions, herbs and spices.
She has combined her skills as a chemist and a cook to develop creations using an innovative process: controlled dehydration. With a palette of flavors, textures and colors.

Since this year, Epure has been part of the Culinary College of France with 1,000 recognized artisans in France, including 34 artisans in Gironde.
