10:37 : Russia plans to confiscate assets of some foreign citizens. The President of the Lower House of Parliament thus wishes to punish “hostile countries”, among which he cites the United States, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, in a message posted this morning on Telegram. He sees a “mirror measure” sanctions taken by these countries against the assets of Russian citizens. Washington plans to sell some of the seized possessions and transfer the proceeds to Ukraine.
