10 years ago, the participatory documentary “A May 30 here below” was released.

May 30, 2014 was not an ordinary day in Quebec. 10 years ago, journalist Fabien Deglise invited Internet users to film a fragment of their daily life during this day. No theme was imposed. The only constraint was that these bouts of existence had to last 15 to 30 seconds. More than 1,100 people took part in this adventure, throughout Quebec and even further afield, including 10 major directors. The result: a unique 44-minute documentary that required hundreds of hours of editing.
