10-a-side rallies could be possible for the Super Bowl

The Legault government is studying the possibility of easing health measures by the end of the week, which could allow larger gatherings for the next Super Bowl.

A government source told the Duty Monday that changes to the current limit of diners in private residences are possible. This limit is currently four people from different addresses or occupants of two residences.

The envisioned scenario would allow a maximum of ten people or the occupants of three residences to congregate indoors.

These restrictions would also apply to the number of diners per restaurant table, modeled on those of residences.

These reductions would come into effect this week, if the most recent projections of the Institute of public health of Quebec (INSPQ) and the national Institute of excellence in health and social services allow it (INESSS).

More details will follow.
