The hotel of La Saline Royale
The Royal Saline Hotellocated in the heart of the historic site inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, has 31 rooms classified 3 stars completely revisited by the famous designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte and decorated by the architect and author of comic strips Damien Cabiron. These artists work in total resonance with the original will of the creator of La Saline – Claude-Nicolas Ledoux – who had wanted an architecture “as pure as that of the sun in its course”.
The 31 rooms are distributed in 3 of the buildings of the monument: The guards (former Guardhouse), West Berniers (former housing for the workers) and the Gabelle (former administrative building responsible for collecting the salt tax).
The Hôtel de la Saline Royale offers single, double, twin and triple rooms equipped with a private bathroom (with shower or bath), a desk, free wi-fi access, heating, telephone.
