Peasant Spirit Vesoul is thus the first supermarket of local producers to see the light of day in Haute-Saône with the aim of offering healthy and quality products.
Since, Froideconche Farmer SpiritAndelnans, Chaumont, Langres and Contrexéville have also taken shape, on the same economic model: short circuit, direct sales, for a new art of living and consuming our agriculture.

Today, Farmer Spirit brings together dozens of local producers in each of its stores.
Farms market their products there. directly from producer to consumer.
Livestock breeders, beekeepers, brewers, arborists, cereal growers, herbalists, cheese makers, heliculturists, horticulturists, fish farmers, market gardeners, winegrowers and many other producers – as original as they are unusual – have united by adding up their productions in all their know-how.

Producers combine their know-how in a unique sales space to offer a full range of quality local products : meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, oils and condiments, groceries, wines, fruit juices, coffees, dairy products, pasta, etc. Esprit Paysan is open every day except Sunday, and also offers parcels, baskets and drive-thru. !
