In a shocking announcement, country music star Zach Bryan revealed via Instagram Stories on October 22 that he and Barstool Sports personality Brianna ‘Chickenfry’ LaPaglia have split after dating for over a year.
« I’ll say this: Brianna and I have broken up, and I respect her and love her with all my heart, » the 28-year-old singer of ‘Revival’ shared in his statement. « She has loved me unconditionally for a long time, and I will always be grateful for that. »
He continued, « I’ve had an incredibly tough year personally, facing some serious challenges. I thought it would be best for both of us to take different paths. » Bryan urged his fans to respect both his and Brianna’s privacy during this difficult time.
« To everyone I’ve let down, I’m sorry. I’m doing my best in all aspects of my life. » Just moments after Bryan’s announcement, LaPaglia took to her own Instagram Stories to address the situation.
« Hey guys, I’m feeling really blindsided right now, » the co-host of the podcast « Plan Bri Uncut » expressed to her followers. « I’m going to take a break from social media for a while and try to heal privately. When I’m ready, I’ll be back and ready to talk. »

Earlier this month, LaPaglia hinted at her relationship struggles during an episode of the Barstool podcast « BFFs, » which she co-hosts with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards. She confessed that it had been a « really bad week » for her, leading her to delete her social media accounts.
